Camp 7 Farm Trails | Minglanilla Part 2 | 2026 GPX

Farm Trails is a 10 km hike connecting the back trails of Camp 7, Lubas, Ylaya, and Camp 8 in Minglanilla. The route passes through a man-made forest, farmland, and rolling countryside, following a series of gradual climbs and descents across mostly open terrain. While the trail is generally easy to follow, the distance and repeated elevation changes require moderate physical effort.

Access

The documented hike began from a roadside jump-off reached via a concrete road. Motorcycle parking was available along the roadside, and no parking fee was observed during the hike. Private vehicles could access the starting point, while public transportation was limited. Habal-habal services were available.

Route Description

The hike begins in a man-made forest before continuing onto farmland trails and open countryside. The route follows repeated gradual climbs and descents through rolling terrain, with long views of the surrounding hills along several sections.

As the hike progresses, the accumulated elevation gain may become more noticeable, particularly later in the route. The return includes extended downhill sections. Most of the trail is open, with very little shade available.

Trail Conditions

Conditions during the documented hike were sunny and dry. The trail was dry at the time but can become muddy during rainy weather. Shade coverage was limited throughout most of the route, and no stores were encountered along the trail.

Mobile signal was strong near the trailhead before becoming weak or disappearing farther along the route. At least 2 liters of water was recommended. Few insects and low foot traffic were observed during the hike.

The route begins with a section through a man-made forest, providing a gradual warm-up before reaching the more open farmland trails.
