Why this trail is rated Easy
Route Description
The route passes through elevated farmland with mostly gentle to moderate uphill sections before transitioning into a longer downhill stretch toward the end of the hike. The terrain rolls gradually through open countryside and includes two small river crossings along the way.
Although the elevation changes are moderate, the extended downhill section may feel tiring near the end of the route. Most of the trail is exposed, with very little shade available.
Trail Conditions
Conditions during the documented hike were sunny and dry. The trail was dry at the time but can become muddy during rainy weather. Shade coverage was very limited, and no stores were encountered along the route.
Mobile signal was strong near the start before gradually weakening farther along the trail. At least 2 liters of water was recommended. Very few people and very few insects were encountered during the hike.
Additional Notes
The hike begins on a road that was under construction during the documented hike. This section can become very muddy after rain.
The route crosses two small rivers. One crossing may become significantly deeper after heavy rainfall. At the time of recording (May 2026), a cement bridge was under construction at this location.
